ZOV Publications and Research Papers

Books

2017– In 2017 Katia Zlatkova-Doncheva, our local lead manager, undertook a PHD study and published a book in English on ZOV’s results over the last eight years. This study showed a measureable increase in the children’s self-esteem, independence and motivation. ZOV has developed a special and new alternative communication system aimed at improving the social and communication skills of children and youth with disabilities deprived of parental care. The study and system developed by Desislava Angelova Popova which formed part of a PHD has now been published and will be sent to all the family centres in Bulgaria.
