ZOV Publications and Research Papers

ZOV has produced  31 publications – 8 publications in English and 23 in Bulgarian including 3 books on ZOV’s work.  Some are available below online: 

Books

2017– In 2017 Katia Zlatkova-Doncheva, our local lead manager, undertook a PHD study and published a book in English on ZOV’s results over the last eight years. This study showed a measureable increase in the children’s self-esteem, independence and motivation. ZOV has developed a special and new alternative communication system aimed at improving the social and communication skills of children and youth with disabilities deprived of parental care.
